Packaging and Shipping Information

To ensure that your product arrives in its optimum wholesome condition, we pack your order using either dry ice or frozen gel packs. Please observe safe handling instructions and never touch dry ice with your bare hands.

All meats are individually shrink-wrapped, then flash frozen to lock in all the natural juices, flavor and freshness. The meats are packed in a recyclable product box and carefully placed inside a Styrofoam cooler with a sufficient amount of dry ice or frozen gel packs to ensure safe and wholesome delivery.

Product that is shipped with dry ice may arrive with an empty plastic sack inside. This is due to the fact that dry ice sublimates or vanishes over a short period of time and may be completely gone by the time your order arrives. Upon arrival, immediately transfer the perishable products to the freezer.

Shipping Cost

A standard shipping cost of $35.00 per order will be charged on all orders.

Ordering, Delivery and Shipping Schedule

Orders placed by Thursday at Noon CST will ship on the following Monday (or Tuesday if there is a holiday). Due to the perishable nature of the product, we only ship one day a week to ensure your product doesn’t sit for an extended period of time over the weekend.

Tracking numbers will be provided to track delivery date after the product is shipped. Additionally, the tracking number will be included in an email. Please ensure the email you have entered for the recipient of the order is correct at checkout. Orders ship every Monday or Tuesday depending on customer location and holidays.

**Orders placed after Thursday at Noon CST will not ship until the Monday after the coming week.

Hawaii, Alaska, and International

Due to multiple requirements and logistical challenges, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses.

P.O. Boxes

Due to the requirement of the shipping company, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Discontinued Items

Products ordered which arrived damaged and have been approved by Hope Premium Foods to be replaced, will be replaced with the same product. However, if that specific product is out of stock, or has been discontinued, the replacement product will be of the same or higher value. Hope Premium Foods reserves the right to select a replacement product. We will always strive to replace it with the originally ordered product.

Pricing Changes

Due to the nature of our perishable products, limited shelf life, and the ever changing prices of raw materials along with any other unforeseen circumstances, Hope Premium Foods shall be entitled to change the following but not limited to: product prices, packaging, shipping rates and the BV at any time, without notice.

Cancelation Policy

We consider each customer to be a valuable member of the Hope Premium Foods family and we strive to fill each order to meet your expectation in a timely and accurate manner. However, due to the limited shipping considerations, orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. All orders placed will be billed and prepared for shipment after the 24 hour billing cycle.

Confidentiality, Security, and Privacy Notice

On a periodic basis, Hope Premium Foods is required to supply reports to Bonvera through various media. Your information and data requested by Bonvera may change or vary. Such information or reports are confidential and trade secrets of Hope Premium Foods. Data transmitted to Bonvera and the Entrepreneur shall remain secure and confidential.

Hope Premium Foods shall take actions to maintain the security of all customers data and information in our control to the best of our ability and as legal regulations require.

This rule is not intended to imply that personal relationships prior to becoming an Entrepreneur are confidential trade secrets or proprietary property of Hope Premium Foods or Bonvera. The Entrepreneur agrees that he/she will not disclose such information to any third party directly or indirectly, nor use the information to compete with Hope Premium Foods directly or indirectly during or after the term of the agreement. The Entrepreneur and Bonvera agree that, but for this agreement of confidentiality and nondisclosure, Bonvera will not provide the above confidential information to the Entrepreneur.

An Entrepreneur seeking to sell his/her Entrepreneur position must acknowledge and agree to this provision and return any and all such confidential information in their possession prior to the finalization of the sale of their Entrepreneur position or any other termination of Entrepreneur’s position. This shall include but is not limited to, any reports, data, pricing, sources, vendors, or other details which have been shared about Hope Premium Foods which is not in the public domain.

An Entrepreneur shall take appropriate steps to safeguard the protection and security of their information and data which is required for the sake of purchasing products and to conduct transactions with Hope Premium Foods. This includes but is not limited to, passwords, shipping information, credit card information and any other information required to participate in the Hope Premium Foods / Bonvera partnership.

Entrepreneur Confidentiality, Security, and Privacy Notice

Hope Premium Foods will not sell, share or provide to any personal or private information provided to us for any reason to any business or company outside of the Hope Premium Foods / Bonvera partnership. Information such as but not limited to name, billing address, shipping address, alternative shipping addresses, phone number(s), email, and credit card information will only be used to complete the business transaction(s) as directed by the customer and the partnership.
